I joined Celect recently and so far my experience has been great. I had always worked with MNCs prior to joining Celect where the minimum employees strength was atleast 50,000. So, from that perspective Celect's experience was somewhat different and turned out to be a great experience. In just a couple weeks, everyone knows you by names and that leads to great collaboration and long lasting relationships. I have actually learned alot along with my own role, in terms of how the organization functions, what are the different business units and what each one of them does from a broader perspective. This helps you connect the dots in the business and your own work, and adds a lot of value in the work you do. Everyone here is super helpful. I'm excited and looking forward to achieve new milestones in this exciting journey.
