Typically biased and keeps demotivating in the name of constructive feedback. Can't even differentiate people on the basis of their skill-sets and then assign tasks accordingly. Negligent admin staff - You have to fight for each & everything which is an exhausting process. Procuring a working IT hardware takes ages. Admin team needs are overhaul too. No channel for two sided feedback - There should be an open channel for managers feedback.
