It's still in the start up phase therefore the job is unstable.

Good people below management levels who are great to work with.

Lack of sales and the acquisition of another company with a ton of issues have caused the company to lay off over half it's employees. They are just trying to increase sales to possibly sell off assets or become acquired. Probably won't be around in it's current form in another 12 or so months. Poor business decisions and lack of sales have led to this result.
