Good commission pay if you can hit targets, little manual labor, lax training structure
Cons
24/7 contact with the store even on off days or beyond your scheduled hours, extremely predatory grey-area sales tactics, metrics are unbelievably high, short staffing so little to no schedule flexibility, training is not organized, underperformance notices issued and not afraid to "let you go" if you have a few bad sales weeks back to back.
