      Great culture and continuous improvement mindset. Great Leadership team. Great environment to grow in. Ability to advance career. The health insurance the company provided is top notch. PTO time is also generous.

      Strong pipeline of copycat biosimilars

      Cons

      Terrible Korean leadership, weak HR, a compliance team that has zero knowledge of pharma, refusal to listen to the Americans, horrible distrustful culture, ride alongs too frequent, constant firing of Americans but refusal to fire Koreans who are bad workers, CEO can't even speak English.
