Pros
Younger Korean colleagues are friendly and nice. However, the majority are racist, stubborn and old-fashion minded.
Cons
Narcissist character management and racial profiling to individuals if you are a non-Korean working here. The company was formed without a base structure and required manual data with zero trust to non-Koreans. Required you to follow their instructions to only do things; however, the Management will lie to twist and turn their words when jobs were not the result they expected. Then, they will make an accusation and blame you instead. Performance result-based on liking.
