      Pros

      Great place to work, friendly environment very professional environment, we achieved a lot during my years at Celprogen, Very fast paced scientific work load not everyone can fit in this environment, but every employee is given numerous chances to improve with clear protocols and training.

      Cons

      Each employee is given numerous opportunities to preform their tasks, by reading and following procedures, i have seen those that fail in this process are the one who try short cuts.

      Pros

      Very efficiently run company; with a lot of drug discovery programs for pancreatic cancer drugs and also patient derived xeno grafts (PDX) programs for GBM;Liver Cancer CSCs ;CTCs and 3D printed organ systems for tox studies.

      Have to be on your toes to keep up with all programs

      The boss is an absolute joke. He micro manages, bullies the employees, tries to pit employees against each other. All around the most unprofessional person I've had to be subordinate to.
