      Pros

      Employee benefits etc are good. Staff are friendly to one another, supervisors and department managers are also nice. The on boarding ladies are brilliant. Pre-COVID you were offered free lunch (might not go back to this though, you’ll have to see). The leisure members were reasonable people - unlike most half term guests.

      Cons

      Low standards of staff, some rude and obnoxious, all unmotivated. One of the highest managers on site wasn’t friendly or even the slightest bit welcoming, proceeded to talk down to every member of staff I saw him interact with and interject them in front of customers, and worst of all prevented my opportunity to undergo helpful training - which did not represent a company I would like to work for.

      Management is vey involved, you can move up with the company

      Pros

      - some other staff were kind, mostly the other part time workers.

      Cons

      - Higher members of staff were rude and condescending - I worked there at 16 and was made to feel stupid and was overworked and belittled - if I said I wasn’t comfortable doing something like carrying heavy things, I was shouted at and told to do it anyway - when I made a report about a staff’s behaviour I was told I was free to leave if I wanted, but he was staying because he was a higher member of staff.
