I was here for 3+ years. Culture continues to get better as the company grows. It has it's growing pains, like all growing businesses. Pay is fair and benefits are decent for size of business. I am only leaving as I wanted a shorter commute.

There is a rather flexible management understanding of the changing corporate culture.
