Pros
-They are super willing to work with their employees. I have moved positions within the company to fit my current needs with hours and location availability -Positive, Transparent, Fun Culture -Great Management. Know and care about employees individually -Always have availability
Cons
As a government contractor, not all employment changes are in their control. Working in HR, there were employees who sometimes got upset because there were changes in policies, but it was only because the contract changed so we were forced to change.
