      Pros

      It's the biggest indigenous local bank in Uganda focusing on providing credit services to the low income generating communities in Uganda. Additionally, employees are treated very well and paid on time Last but not least, management puts more resources in career development of employees.

      Cons

      Like any other financial institution in Uganda the pressure to meet monthly targets is too much.

      Pros

      You can get a lot extra from paid overtime. As much as a cap of 64 hrs a month. 32 normal and 32 special and hence come close to doubling your net salary while providing more value and closing more tasks.

      The salary is less than other banks for positions in tech
