Pros

The pay is OK but for all they want from you and how you get treated by the customers the pay could be more.Most of the time if you need help a Senior rep or a supervisor are around to help, but then at other times there is no one I mean NO ONE who can help you with one of the many things you need to get permission to do for a customer, but if it is just a question many of the other reps will help if they can. With all that one of the best things going for the company is the directors many of them will help and try to make sure if you deserve a bonus they will try to make sure you get it.

Cons

The pay is way to low and they need to training could be a week longer it is two weeks and they give you a lot of info, and do not think that if you go above and beyond and you have a customer just can not stop signing your praise to a SR or a Supervisor do not hope to get a Bonus or even a "Hey you did good". Also the management is not on the same book when it comes to company rules and procedures, you may ask one a question on Monday and then on Tuesday another will say something completely opposite.
