Pros
CCR really does a great job taking care of their employees and, in turn, the employees take pride in providing great service to the clients. There are a lot of benefits that are not common at a small business and management solicits feedback from employees on a regular cadence. Management does a really good job at protecting the culture that the employees enjoy. There are monthly company meeting as well as a few other employee events throughout the year, some of which include employee families.
Cons
Documentation is not very well organized making some support efforts challenging. However, this issue has been identified by all and efforts are underway to improve it.
