Center for Computer Resources

Is this your company?

Not the worst place, but far from the best - Administrative Center for Computer Resources Employee Review

Pros

Good learning experiences to be had since this is a small company. You can learn a lot from customer facing skills to IT to company process theories.

Cons

Pay is not great and a lot of benefits are lacking. Vacation is very meager at best, 401k blackout periods become something to expect, missed paychecks are also something that needs to be a concern. There are no real processes in place for the company. There are theories, but no one person can maintain and uphold them. Morale is also very lacking, company scandals and drama are something to watch out for. Overtime and emergencies are to be expected very frequently.

Pros

CCR is a great place to be! I've had the opportunity to grow and learn so much throughout my time here. Some of the pros include PTO days, lots of food and amazing coworkers. No, I'm being serious when I say that. You will never meet another group of people like this. Management knows when to take matters seriously, and when to have a good laugh with you.

Cons

There are moments when you might feel stressed from a heavy work load, but there is always someone willing to help you out. If you ever need help, you know anyone will be there to lend a hand.

The people I worked with are great and know how to have fun. Got exposure to several different types of technology and industries.
