Time off and dogs were cool

Cons

Josh is an absolute flake. One day he decided to make it a nonprofit. Then the next he decided to rebrand. Then never implemented it. He runs off all the good people around him because the man is a raging narcissist. Someone please give him some Ritalin and hope that he matures beyond the age of nine. He gives a lot of busywork, then changes his mind and forgets what he was even talking about. He rambles on and on and I guess you're supposed to care. He pays slave wages, offers no benefits, and won't give you the tools you need to do your job. The office is not accessible. He even makes you do work for him in order to even apply for the job. And then, of course, doesn't even implement your ideas. Just steals them. I actually qualified for Medicaid when I worked for him. I traveled a few times while I worked for him, and this man wouldn't even let me make the reservations so he could get credit for the miles and travel points. Absolutely no career growth, no opportunities for learning, advancement or skill building. Josh will not listen to you as a professional with years of experience or advanced education. I don't know why he would hire a professional with expertise and then not listen to them. Looks like his staff now has been wittled down to just a couple people. Either his business is going badly, or he's decided to be so greedy, he thinks he can do it all himself. Which wouldnt surprise me in the least. I liked his dog, though. Poor thing.
