Rock bottom wages - Millwright Apprentice CenterLine Employee Review

Pros

Air conditioning and well lit…

Cons

Job required a variety of skills but would not pay for them. Frustrated with my rate I found a new job that payed me $8.25 more an hour to start (as an apprentice). Operators on the line where I work now make more than the talented machine builders at Centerline. Stay away if you want to make a good life for yourself.

Pros

The onboarding process was typical nothing out of the way with competitive pay rates..

Cons

When the tough get going they let their employees go they spent a good bit of money on the onboarding process certifying me and letting me think that we had plenty of work when in fact they wind up letting me go 3 months later because work got slow T-Mobile move to all their stuff out to the Midwest and they only have one out of town crew..
