      Will take basically anyone if they are cheap, good benefits

      Cons

      Will take advantage of you, no work life balance, culture propaganda, terrible pay, doesn’t actually care about improving systems for increased productivity, won’t solve interdepartmental problems, layoffs every year, career guidance is nonexistent
