This is evident in various aspects such as company parties, smaller group monthly social events, happy hour after surge operations, game night or golf outings.

Limited Growth Potential: As a smaller sub-contractor company, Centil's growth may be intricately tied to the contracts it secures with larger organizations. The amount of current contracts Centil has, may limit internal advancement, pivoting laterally to other opportunities compared to larger companies with diverse departments and projects. Adapting to Client Culture: Working as a sub-contractor requires adjusting to the culture and processes of the client organization.
