      4-10 schedule M-Th. Hybrid work after probationary period. Great benefits and not too much pressure. Professional development easily available.

      Cons

      Small company therefore there is limited upward movement. People stay for a long time limiting opportunities.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. From day one, it was apparent that CAP understands treating their employees with respect works. I highly recommend a person to pursue this company for employment.

      Cons

      The personal time off is truly the only negative I can think of. Coming from government entity after 20+ years. It's tough going back to a week off then 2 weeks for three years. I guess that's part of starting over.
