      Central bank really cares about their employees and provides us with many opportunities to get rewards and extra pay. It is really like you are joining a family when you start because everyone takes care of each other and everyone really does care about each other.

      There is a company culture of "Being good to each other." A lot of potential prizes and employee gifts.

      Cons

      Pay. The pay is on the low end of the competitive range. And there is a higher turnover rate, I believe due to pay.
