8yWe’re disappointed that this was your experience with Thermocopy. We can only guess this review was based on frustration with a short-term push to reach new customers when a higher number of cold calls would need to be made. While cold calls are a realistic part of any salesperson’s general activities—and probably one of the things reps look forward to the least—our company is committed to offering the tools, training, and resources to help our team succeed. This includes developing strategies to create and pursue quality sales leads. Also, since this review was written, we have implemented revised market penetration strategies so that reps work within dedicated territories. The feedback we’ve gotten from our team is overwhelmingly positive. Our sales reps are reporting that they’re able to build more relationships with customers and prospects in the business community. We encourage candidates to ask us for more details about our sales processes and the day-to-day experiences of our reps.
