      Pros

      Amazing Leadership team. Very respectful and kind co-workers. Great environment to contribute, learn and develop your career. I was given serious responsibilities from day 1 and could see my impact on a day to day basis on the direction of the company and its products. Very good work life balance, especially considering this is an early stage fintech company.

      Cons

      There is always so much to do that it can be overwhelming at times, but this is pretty common for early stage silicon valley tech companies.

      Pros

      The company has some great growth. They truly care about their employees and ensuring they have what they need to be successful and help the company if you take some initiative Management works with employees and listens and implements ideas that come from lower levels

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, many times you will need to figure out best routes forward on your own and by collaborating with others who know pieces of it. Also be comfortable wearing a few different hats. This is something I personally enjoy but for people who don't enjoy this, it might not be a great fit
