you are not micromanaged, you have the creative freedom to solve problems anyway you please. management is very hands off. Everyday is a little different. This job is great if you hate repetitive jobs. CEO Scott was great. The manager under him was horrible.
Cons
Overworked, and your personal life doesn't matter. You are expected to drop everything and go to work any time of the day. One time, I finished my shift and made it home already. Then they called me and told me to come back to grab a cat 5e wire and bring it to the data center. The expectations are outrageous. Simon is the senior consultant and he is very condescending and belittles you. he did not respect my time. making me run back and forth to the data center for small things. They can call you any time of the day and you are expected to show. I've worked a 22 hour shift before. I know all this sounds crazy but its absolutely true.
