Pros
Liked the work environment, especially when you come across those that appreciate you. We had a good team that worked together and made new employees feel welcome but……I don’t know what happened. COVID
Cons
Horrible pay! Not enough nurses! SOME staff aren’t team players, some just don’t want to do much so they will give you more tasks or whine to the administrators that certain people can do a certain job even though they are already overwhelmed. Often assignments aren’t very fair. New employees aren’t trained THOROUGHLY, to the point of being absolutely comfortable. Yeah a med pass is a med pass but at the same time, NOT REALLY!
