Pros

- Higher than average but not competitive remuneration package - Timely salary payment - Great customer base, which ensures you a stable job - Cares about health and safety of the employees during COVID times. WFH policy.

Cons

- Almost parental management style - Company system is pretty outdated and it requires lots of manual support to fix issues, and tremendous efforts to evolve. It's that there are lots of system exceptions for customer particularities but the system just cannot offer that much - Workplace favouritism - The luxury of work-life balance is not for everyone. You can tell some colleagues have to work so much harder than the others.

Pros

Work life balance and flexibility; one day a week in the office. Management is fair and allows employees to work independently as long as they remain professional. Good benefits with generous time off available.

Cons

Lacks some communication efforts between upper management and employees but resolvable if management makes a concerted effort to have regular office wide meetings.

Pros

- Smart, hardworking teammates who genuinely care about doing good work - Opportunity to learn how private-equity ownership operates (for better or worse) - Fast pace can build resilience and adaptability

Cons

- Chronic overwork due to understaffing, with compensation not keeping pace - 5+ layoffs in the past few years created constant job insecurity/fear and low morale - Limited career growth or advancement opportunities despite repeated promises - Leadership relies heavily on “put your head down and work hard” messaging without meaningful change - Long-term strategy feels unclear and reactive rather than planned - Burnout is common, and work–life balance continues to erode over time - Private equity ownership prioritizes cost cutting over employee investment - 3 days (department heads choose which days) in the office and moving towards 4 days - Long hours
