Cons
The insurance is terrible, and leadership relies on intimidation and threats instead of actual leadership. Organization is lacking, and management often appears scattered and reactive. Turnover is extremely high, making it difficult to form stable working relationships. Management is quick to shift blame to employees for their own mistakes. HR offers little protection when the issue involves management. This company has its reputation for a reason—ask anyone familiar with it. There’s a reason good people don’t stay.
