Pros
Start up company, with good location, used to be really good place to work, but they managed to get from bad to worst over the last 2 years you will get ahead very fast if you are a liar, rude, and ignorant.
Cons
Hiring the wrong people for the wrong position, for example the VP of people and culture doesn't know how to deal with people in the first place, and have and attitude issue so she successfully destroyed our last bit of hope in having a good environment at work. The place is nearly a prison, you are not allowed to even talk to your colleague without being accused of being unproductive despite of your performance and results, if an old co-worker passed by to say hello he/she might get expelled from the company. When it comes to the operational company relation, Cequens managed to loose important strategic alliances within the last 2 years due to bad management decisions and relaying on bad managers who did not deliver appropriate results
