      Pros

      I feel really lucky to work with the team I do. There are fantastic people who are real experts in their fields and more than happy to help across the teams. Lots of different challenges and projects which involve collaborating, rare when you work remotely. In my experience it's unusual to find a place where everyone is moving in the same direction and motivated by the same mission. The industry moves so fast thst no two days are ever the same, but thats half the fun!

      Sometimes a lack of goals/targets which can make it difficult to prioritise

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
