      Pros

      Cera Care is a great place to work, I think they have a wonderful work ethic and someone who is always on hand to help you when you need them. No ask is too big and the team are always happy to be there for you when needed. Flexible working with always wanting to learn and shape the business by listening to each other's opinions and ways of doing things differently.

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
