      Pros

      Personable upper level leadership. Opportunity to be a part of some unique offerings in the ServiceNow space.

      Cons

      Mid-level leadership leaves much to be desired and is focused much more on your daily output versus reasonably setting up a team or individual contributor for success or growth. Culture was high-stress, and low-reward. Poor work-life balance.
