Cons
Although it does not like to call itself a CRO it has CRO components to it; for example the Syncrogenixs part and the fact that every department has billable targets. Beware of unsupportive and passive aggressive supervisors and HR who will NOT support you in times of low billable work. Unlike other CROs they don't like shifting you to other groups when billability is low - due to departmental protectionism and fiscal targets for bonuses. Some supervisors will repeatedly mislead you about how work is forth coming but never appears and do not provide you with any evidence of efforts they are doing to secure work. There were also instances where supervisors and C suite leadership took no responsibility for adequate training or support to empower what you needed to know to do your job.
