Honestly, I can't think of any cons necessarily, but there were areas that could have definitely been made better, but nothing show stopping.

I've worked for Certificial for over a year now and I've loved every second of it. You're trusted in your work, no micromanaging and completely remote. Certificial has a strong team who are all friendly with one another. Matching 401k, Health Benefits and Unlimited PTO. The company is always improving rather than running in place or moving backwards. I don't ever wake up saying to myself "Ugh, I don't want to work today". Certificial is an awesome place to work at!
