      Pros

      HR, Managers, Employees, everyone is nice and very helpful. Awesome CEO. No-one is constantly nagging you or looking over your shoulder, you are expected to complete your work, but you are given a reasonable amount of time.

      Cons

      Pay isn't very competetive. Raises are OK. Not much room to move. 90% of the time you wont be able to move to another project that sounds more interesting. Hopefully you get put on the project you resonate with in the first place.

      Great people! We got perks like free food on Wednesdays, 25¢ soda, sponsored runs, employee appreciation week, health week, etc...

      Pros

      At CERTON you will interact with some of the most brilliant people you have ever met. The work occurring at CERTON is meaningful and in some departments ground breaking. The company works hard to show their employee appreciation and constantly strives for employee engagement. The hours are flex hours; meaning employees may set their own schedule with a moderate amount of flexibility.

      Cons

      Benefits and 401K could be better, but overall a great place to work.
