Accommodating of needs relating to medical conditions
2hrs wellness
2 days working from home
Cons
Management have favourites.
Management have been told not to send people home if ill as the company will have to pay sick pay if they do
Office culture not nice, very cliquey and bithcy
Management don't action grievances raised unless they are raised by "favourite" staff
Not a professional environment.
Don't fall for their slogan "The Chadwick Lawrence Way" there is a Chadwick Lawrence Way but not what they promote.
Professional development is none existent Management seems lacking in every skill, being under qualified themselves
Pay is by far under industry standard.
The lack of empathy from management. Supposedly big on supporting mental health yet when someone needs the support they don't know how to deal woth it, even the staff they have trained as mental health first aiders are completely useless
Unmonitored bullying.
Favouritism.
Abysmal training.
