Pros
There are alot of Pros : * your hard work is not yours it was team effort. * If there was requirement issue. then at the end it was your lack of sense .. you can't even thing by your self. ( But your spelling will be checked) * they force you to be clean .. shave each week. you should come by 9 sharp otherwise COO (self appointed CEO) might be waiting for you. *keeps you grounded. After all the team's appreciation,Management can call you and tell you that kind of work which you do a store person can do better. * Help you in all way possible : if They have free time (which they alot ). They will come to your seat and will check entire day how you work/behave in office. * You will enjoy you school time again. * In Interview you will be told about all scenarios , visions , how best we are. (which is all hypothetical obviously).
Cons
* All teams are a sport teams . If you are not performing you don't have to come to office from next day onwards . * If you are performing way too good - > you don't have to come onwards. * every day will not feel like to go to office. * 6 day week .. 12 hrs minimum.. pay is best in next 10 meter areas. * you can take as much leave possible, no restriction (after kicked out)
