      Good environment No Punhcard Flexible Working Hours Work at weekends will be paid

      Cons

      Bad management Bos late come Own Decision in compositing, mostly own qc License software problem, especially nuke software cant experience new era compositing tools No Benefit for Full Time workers, Last salary didn't pay yet Bos dont know to find new project, put in trust for 1 person have background company muflis
