Want to emulate international companies (like NMC), but the company environment resembles that of a Chinese-style company. 4. Cheapskate Company 5. Staff benefits included dental coverage for all employees but now only HOD level and above are entitled but the HR department don't announce the changes. 6. The pantry attendant exhibits rude behavior, often displaying a hostile attitude and making uncomfortable eye contact when employees use pantry amenities. (acts as if you owe her money and has a problematic attitude). WHAT the FXXK! 7. High Turnover in ALL department 8. Politic Company 9. China Style company (NO WFH Arrangement, Speaking Chinese) 10. No provision for half-day leave on the day preceding public holidays such as New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year Eve, and Christmas Eve. 11. Toxic environment 12. Hard work is not being appreciated by HOD 13. Lack of celebration for holidays and festivals within the company. 14. Slowly reimbursement and payment process for Finance 15. NO training given and NO study grant given 16. Unprofessional Company 17. Staff benefits are unfair.
