Remote working as they don’t have an office in UK, otherwise this would’nt count as pros.
Cons
I’ve been there for two years, the fact is that They don’t care about employees at all. I needed my p45 for my new employer I’ve chased company for over a month and they did nothing. Surprisingly they have paid me an extra mounth by mistake which stems from chaotic atmosphere in this company. Then they have threatened me to return back the overpay value otherwise they would sue me legally. After all the technical knowledge specially among tech leads is notably weak. They do their best to provide the lowest quality as possible for their customers by putting amateur leaders specially the UK tech lead in position. There is no HR and no one follows up employees request. They see the employees as their slaves. But might not be a bad place for grads
