A company on the rise, but established enough to feel secure - Anonymous employee Champ Info Software Employee Review

Not even a single pro I can think to type down.

1. The work environment is worst. 2. The first lie to me- hired me for something & later tells me to do something else. 3. Bad talks & politics can never think of such people who don’t dare to say something on your face but sure are experts in bad talks from behind (basically looser in life). 4. Pathetic rules by the HR department, holds salary without informing the employees & severe cost cuttings. 5. Don’t want to spend a single penny but wants the output to be amazing seriously? Do you guys even know the R of Recruitment & B of Business? None of the employees stays for more than 6 or 7 months 6. They give salary below minimum wages to the employee. 7. Many legal cases are filled on them (even criminal ones). 8. Rest I will support the other reviews posted earlier by ex-employees, they all are 100% true.

No Pros only Cons , Worst to worst company to work for

Managers in this company are call center employees who does not even the meaning of Manager and Managing People. I Joined this company because they have offered me high salary but when i entered in this company I realized the very first day that this is not the company I should work. But I worked here for the few months till the time I didn't find a new job for me and wasting time sitting idle at home. Even if you speak something and suggest something to them they didn't understand and argue and always proof that they are right and the experienced employeed who is company form different company are fool as per them. Even the owner of this company is an IIT Educated as per the Profile but he doesn't have skills like an IIT. He has kept bouncer and Sr. Guys to take care of this all kind of dispute. They even ready to fight with their employees and mashup with them.
