Pros
The product(s), location, and learning opportunities are great. There is noticeable care put into making high-quality wine. It's also a great place to learn about marketing and viticulture, even from the sidelines.
Cons
There really is no consistency at all with management and staff. Turnover is incredible, and the discontent it brews amongst employee's turns itself into worried complacency that permeates the work environment.
