      Pros

      Open and honest communication from the executive team, especially the leaders in AU. Inclusive environment with a great company culture.

      Cons

      It can be really busy at times but the extra work is noticed and appreciated so really a positive. Whilst there are some employee benefits, some extra items would be great.
