      Coworkers are friendly and genuine.

      Cons

      No process or guidelines. Every department head has a massive ego. Everyone believes their way is the right way but nothing ever gets done because they can’t agree. Good staff continually leaving because of the internal culture.

      - driven and kind colleagues - great experience, cool client work - good benefits

      Cons

      Most of senior leadership at the divisional level is MIA. The lack of senior counsel on client work burns out employees and loses us clients.
