      Nothing so far. As most positions are fully remote the onboarding process can be a little tricky, but they are making progress on making it much smoother

      Excellent team with real values. Pioneering in a challenging area of scaling proven social and environmental innovations and making some breakthroughs. Now growing quickly with world class customer base.

      Team spread thin. While revenue and impact are growing well, needs resources to build out more solid org structure and team.
