Over the time I’ve been at Chapman Law Group, management has encouraged growth both as a professional and as a person. There is high potential for a raise, as well as growth within the firm. Team members are willing to pitch in and help out when deadlines overlap, and there is continued education available through online seminar services.

Not a con for all, but the firm has high expectations, as we are fighting for healthcare professionals and companies, which can be difficult for some. There is the constant push to improve and grow in your position, and not all individuals prosper in that way.

The owner and management are amazing. They value your ideas as well as your opinions, and in tern I found it promoted growth for everyone at the firm as well as for everyone outside the firm. And yes promoting does happen a lot as the firm is getting even larger. The staff are amazing as well, and everyone is very friendly. There is a strong synergy between everyone that I found created a strong team dynamic with everyone and made it enjoyable to come to work.

As a Digital Marketer in a Law Firm it is much harder to just pump out content as well as just make edits "on the fly". There are plenty of legal hoops to jump through, as well as checkpoints along the way. But to be honest though this was sometimes frustrating, all I can say is that it made me much more thorough in my work, and there was always someone willing and able to answer my questions.
