Interesting field of business. Good idea, bad implementation.

Cons

Bad working environment. Un-Experienced management. I had to work sometimes ~24 hours a day. Managers are not open do here other opinions. Poor salaries and benefits.

As the company continues to grow and onboard more clients, the pace can be very fast, and it can sometimes be challenging to context switch between multiple projects and priorities.
