      Pros

      I am a very slow learner. But my supervisor and management has been so patient in training and bringing me up to pace. The company has a thorough process and documentation on all the work we do and everyone at this firm is willing to help. I love being here and I am learning new things about this industry every day. I am very thankful to the HR for reaching out to me when needed. Love, love the management team. Very supportive and encouraging always.
