I love the fact that the service and product we offer has a direct effect on the ROI for our clients which makes it easier for our sales team to convince clients. It is a fast paced environment. You have to be smart, emotionally intelligent and must be savvy to learn new technology to survive here. This is not a place for conflicts. Everyone is so focussed on their goals and work in a collaborative environment to support each other. The owners have built a very competitive team and technology to be pioneers in this industry.
