Pros
Offers a great flexible work arrangement (1 week in-office, 1 week WFH). The leisure area is compact but sufficient. Task-based work culture—no pressure to stay glued to your desk unnecessarily Colleagues are friendly and supportive even not in the same department.
Cons
I was trying to learn trading specific knowledge and skill from this company but instead I gained nothing at the end. For most of my time, I was assigned to do meaningless task with no guide. Only in the final month, I was assigned to do data entry task with trading-related data, but even then, it was limited to basic Excel tasks that didn’t provide meaningful learning opportunities. Will not recommend unless you really need an internship.
