This is the best company I've ever worked for. The company culture is centred around supporting employees and helping them grow both personally and professionally. Management understands the importance of work-life balance and accommodates individual needs. You are accountable for tangible deliverables and not on your schedule which is refreshing. People that are kind to others, work hard and deliver are rewarded with career progression. This is an ideal place to work for those who value integrity and honesty.
Cons
There are always some areas for improvement. Communication between departments could be more streamlined and transparent. The way teams have been structured is causing skill gaps in certain areas. Despite these areas for improvement, CMI is still an excellent place to work overall.
