Pros
I have been at CMI for a year now and it is the best move I ever made. It makes a change to work for a company that values you and cares about your wellbeing. I love that we have CMI Voice, who provide lots of different things for us, including Pilates, Karate lessons, baking boxes, wellbeing days and so much more. The inclusion hubs are a great initiative. I have never worked anywhere that has anything like this in place. The weekly Q&A and shout out sessions with the CEO are brilliant. It gives you an opportunity to know what is going on in the business and what is happening outside of you and your team. The offices are dog friendly, so there is always a pooch to have a cuddle with when you need it. Hybrid working works really well and it is a great balance of being with people face to face and virtually.
Cons
It is hard to think of anything but if I was really pushed for an answer I would have to say that it is Google Suite. I have always used Microsoft and Google took a bit of getting used to. However, I think I have got there and would probably struggle to go back to Microsoft. It is just what you get used to.
